QUALITY POLICY

 We are committed to meet the needs of all interested parties towards quality service and provide equitable, culture–based and complete basic education in compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements and ensure customer satisfaction through continuous improvement.

 

 

QUALITY OBJECTIVES

We aim to:

  1. Ensure that all SDO Dagupan Programs and Projects are 80% implemented.
  2. Achieve at least 80% customer satisfaction.
  3. Provide technical assistance to at least 80% of the teachers, school heads and non–teaching personnel.
  4. Achieve timely recruitment of competent teachers and non–teaching personnel.
  5. Achieve at least 80% implementation of the Learning and Development Program by the end of the year.
  6. Comply with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements by 100%.
